Daniel Lee

CFO & Director Business Development

Daniel is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, and corporate finance.  With a passion for the startups and entrepreneurship, he has helped many early stage technology startup companies raise capital and build their financial infrastructures from scratch.

Daniel began his career at a New York based boutique investment bank, Devon Value Advisers, where he spent 7 years advising mid-large cap clients on M&A transactions, and value creation strategies through serial acquisition plans.  He has worked with clients across many different industries including industrial, bio-sciences, packaged foods, and technology.

Following his experience at Devon, Daniel has since served as head of finance at several early stage technology startup companies, as well as advising many startup companies on financial analysis, complex financial modeling, and setting up proper foundations for financial systems and processes.

Daniel graduated from George Washington University in 2005 with Magna Cum Laude honors, where he received his B.S. in Economics and Statistics.
